For all classes of business, driving exposure must constitute less than 30% of the total payroll.

Before submitting your application for consideration at Advantage Specialty, please review this list of important materials and include the following information with your submission.

• Three to five years of currently-valued loss runs (dated within six months of submission)
• Most recent Experience Modification Worksheet or audited payrolls for three years
• Expiring premium and payrolls
• A detailed description of operations
• ACORD application
• A comprehensive account of any past losses in excess of $25,000
